2.1 Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

2.2 Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service.

2.3 Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

2.4 Late payments may incur additional fees at our discretion.

3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.

3.2 Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4.1 While we take every precaution to protect your property, Living Water Exteriors shall not be liable for any damages that occur during service.

4.2 Customers are responsible for securing or removing fragile items prior to service.

4.3 We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions.

5.1 You grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of providing services.

5.2 We require clear access to all areas being serviced.

5.3 If we are unable to access the property, a rescheduling fee may apply.

6.1 Provide accurate information about the property and services requested.

6.2 Remove or secure any fragile items, decorations, or obstacles.

7.1 We guarantee our workmanship and will address any legitimate concerns promptly.

7.2 This guarantee does not cover issues caused by weather conditions, improper maintenance, or acts beyond our control.

8.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

8.2 Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
